Admax Hosting AB endeavours to protect its customers' personal integrity. You are always welcome to contact us to get information about how we handle your personal data Admax Hosting AB.
We have compiled the information you need in two documents, a Privacy and Data Protection Policy and a Data Processing Agreement.
Our Privacy and Data Protection Policy describes how we work with your personal data and how we protect your data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Swedish law. If you in any way collect and process personal data via computer resources (web hosting, e-mail or own servers) managed by Admax Hosting AB, you also need to have a personal data processing agreement with us. This agreement states which data you as a customer and personal data controller can process through your agreement with Admax Hosting AB.
Both documents are an integral part of our contract with you. If you need a customised data processing agreement, you must contact us to work with us to develop one.
You are personally responsible for ensuring that our information is correct, which means that it is important to report changes in addresses, telephone numbers, etc. There is an automated function for this in our control panel. Of course, you can always contact us by email or phone as well.
Security systems are in place to protect against loss, alteration and corruption of data. Customers are responsible for ensuring that only they and their authorised persons have access to their accounts. Suspected incidents of unauthorised use of a customer's account must be reported immediately to Admax Hosting AB at abuse[at]admax.se.
