We are constantly working to improve our services and have now released an update for our accounts. This update involves no price increase, is implemented for everyone without you having to do anything and brings major improvements in terms of security, backup and performance of your websites. First up are all our customers running Linux-based hosting, which is the vast majority of our customers use, and we expect everyone to have this update by 2022-12-23.

We currently support all PHP versions from version 5.x up to and including the latest version 8.x. You can easily change to the desired PHP version via the customer panel.
We will not force you to change PHP version, although it is recommended to use as high a version as possible. So with us, you don't risk your website stopping through forced action (unlike how other major providers handle upgrades).

You know that we also support a range of other technologies and functions? We have now extended the support and you can now use the following:
- OPCache - part of PHP's own caching engine to make your website faster.
- Memcache - is a distributed memory cache system designed for ease of use and simplicity and is well suited as a cache or to manage sessions, also popular for increasing speed in WordPress.
- Redis cache - Redis is an object cache with lots of features. It is useful mainly as a cache engine.
- NodeJs, Ruby & Python - Different scripting languages. You can easily change to the desired version of Python and NodeJs via the customer panel.
- GIT (CLI) - Version management with GIT (CLI).
- SSH - SSH access through public key.
- WP-cli - is a command line interface for WordPress. You can update plugins, configure multisite installations and much more without using a web browser.
- SFTP - SSH file transfer protocol - is a file transfer protocol that usually uses SSH-2 for file transfer. Which is another secure way to send files compared to FTP, for example.
All hosting packages are optimized for WordPress including Woocommerce, Joomla and Prestashop.
